Counter-Notice
If you believe that content that was removed in response to a DMCA notice is not infringing, you may submit a counter-notice. Your counter-notice must include:

- Identification of the material that has been removed and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
